Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for most items.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free of any damage, wear, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Batteries (due to potential damage during shipping and safety regulations)
  • Opened or used earphone tips for Galaxy Buds
  • Software or digital products (if applicable)
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

Return & Exchange Process

1 Submit Return/Exchange Request

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories. Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package.

4 Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item. You will receive email confirmation at each stage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Exchange Information
